Your storage unit is easily accessible 24 hours, 7 days a week, all year round. |

Is there any insurance coverage for my items? |

Yes, there is a small premium of RM3.00 for a minimum coverage of RM1,000. Higher coverage is also available at affordable monthly premiums. Find out more .here |

Can additional persons have access to my unit? |

Yes, you may give authorisation during registration for additional persons to access your unit. |

Does StorHub offer high security facilities? |
A. |
StorHub facilities are equipped with state-of-art security systems such as 24-hour CCTV surveillance that can be found around the facilities, and unique PIN code access.
Storers can use a padlock of their choice to keep their units locked up and ensure they get exclusive access to the units. |

What are the modes of payment? |

We accept payment made via cash, credit cards, cheques, online bank transfer, Touch & GO, GrabPay, Boost or FPX. |

Will I receive invoices to inform me of due rental? |

Yes. Invoices are sent 20 days before rental due date. |

What documents are required for company registration? |
A. |
- Business profile (Form 9 or 13, Form 24 and Form 49) with company stamp
- MYKAD or passport of authorised personnel
- Business card of authorised personnel
- Company authorisation letter (if applicable)

Customers are to present their MYKAD or Passport upon registration. |

Do you have trolleys to assist me in moving my items? |

Yes. StorHub customers can find trolley bays at convenient points of our facilities and use them for free. |

Does StorHub provide moving and packing services? |
A. |
Moving and packing services are not available but we may be able to refer you to some movers. |

What are prohibited for storage? |
A. |
Live animals, perishables, explosives, flammable liquids, fuel, toxic materials, personal mobility devices (PMDs) and any items prohibited by law. (Please check for local laws) |

What do I need and where can I get them? |
A. |
- For starters, you can gather the items you wish to store to determine the size of the boxes that they will be kept in and the most suitable packaging materials for you.
- A wide selection of packing materials is available for sale at the reception offices.
- Feel free to go up to our friendly service staff for assistance.

Why do I need to label my boxes? |
A. |
- Labelling your boxes helps you keep track of the inventory within each box.
- You will in turn be able to find and retrieve them easily when they are needed.

How do I ensure easy retrieval and good ventilation? |
A. |
- Leave space around perimeters of the storage unit to boost ventilation.
- Make room for a walkway at the back of your storage unit and position your frequently used items close to the door for easy access.

How do I pack them? |
A. |
For Furniture:
- Place pallet, corrugated board or mat on floor for sofas and mattresses (These should be standing on end).
- Disassemble beds and tables; wrap table legs in paper.
- Place tabletops side down if they cannot be disassembled.
- Place lightweight chairs stacked ‘seat-to-seat’.
- Keep upholstery off the floor.
- Protect furniture with a dust cover. Please do not use plastic wrap, however, as this traps in moist air.

For Appliances:
- Refrigerators, freezers and washing machines should be dried thoroughly and stored with doors slightly ajar.
- All cooking equipment should be cleaned thoroughly.
- Protect appliances with stretch film.

For Dishes and Glassware:
- Tightly and individually bubble-wrap all glassware.
- Leave no loose space in between or around box.
- Do not place heavy items on these boxes.

How do I pack them? |
A. |
For Documents:
- Pack files, records and documents flat down to protect the spines of the folders.
- Fill empty spaces in box with packing materials.
- Do not over load; separate books from files and documents.
- Do not place boxes directly on floor. Instead, place them on pallets to minimise moisture absorption.

- Clean all metal equipment with a drop of machine oil to prevent rusting.
- Protect appliances with stretch film.

- Ensure all equipment are clean and dry.
- Equipment with doors should be kept slightly ajar.
